The villa is located in Mondello, a renowned seaside resort in Palermo, just a 12-minute walk from the fishing village and the beach. In the vicinity of the villa are various restaurants, both gourmet and family, as well as services of all kinds (supermarkets, newsstands, cafeterias…).

The structure consists of a comfortable open space including a living room that overlooks a large, cool and breezy veranda, surrounded by greenery, for the exclusive use of guests, where meals can be taken or guests can relax with friends.
The sleeping area is separated from the living room by an elegant plasterboard wall and a furnishing curtain beyond which is a reserved corner with an armchair bed for a possible third guest.
It is also possible, given the size of the space, to add a crib for a baby from 0 to 2 years old.

In the living area there are comfortable sofas, a corner for smart working with a view of the garden and an armchair that can be converted, if necessary, into the fourth sleeping place.

Inside the facility there is a bathroom with a shower and a concealed laundry corner.

The house has a well-equipped and modern kitchen opening onto a large outdoor space furnished with a sofa area and an additional dining area (with a barbecue corner).

Within the garden, guests will enjoy a outdoor pool with a sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Guests will be able to access the villa either from the private parking area or from the gate.
